Where will my order ship?
All orders from the Mexico store will ship first to our Dallas office for intake, quality check, and possible reprinting. After that, they will be shipped to the Mexico City office for pickup.

Why can't I ship directly to Mexico?
Due to vendor limitations, orders cannot be shipped directly to Mexico. To ensure quality and accuracy, we route all orders through our Dallas office before they are forwarded to Mexico City.

How long will my Mexico site order take?
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days on top of the standard timeline to account for delivery to Dallas, quality check/reprinting, and international reshipping to Mexico City.
